We reject this Administration's - or any administration's - efforts to pressure and intimidate lawyers from zealously advocating for their clients, and to intimidate judges from undertaking the role the Constitution expressly authorizes them to take. We support Perkins Coie, Covington & Burling, and Jenner & Block, and all other lawyers, law firms and judicial officers who find themselves the target of this Administration's patently unjustified efforts to intimidate them from acting in a manner they believe is just and warranted under the law.
