Paul Murphy Recognized Among California’s Top 100 Leading Commercial Litigators

We are thrilled to share that Paul Murphy has been named to the Daily Journal’s list of Leading Commercial Litigators for 2026.

This annual list is highly selective, honoring a small group of 100 attorneys across California who have demonstrated extraordinary results in high-stakes business disputes. The Daily Journal selection process focuses on lawyers who don’t just manage cases, but who shape the legal landscape through sophisticated strategies and trial victories.

At Murphy Rosen, we pride ourselves on having a team that combines deep legal expertise with a sharp business perspective. Paul’s inclusion on this list is a testament to that standard.

Murphy Rosen LLP | Murphy Rosen's Response To Presidential Efforts To Influence The Integrity Of The Legal System

Murphy Rosen would like to add its voice to the rising chorus of lawyers and law firms who are standing together for the rule of law, the faithful application of constitutional principles, and the independence of the judiciary and legal profession. We reject this Administration’s – or any administration’s – efforts to pressure and intimidate lawyers from zealously advocating for their clients, and to intimidate judges from undertaking the role the Constitution expressly authorizes them to take. We support Perkins Coie, Covington & Burling, and Jenner & Block, and all other lawyers, law firms and judicial officers who find themselves the target of this Administration’s patently unjustified efforts to intimidate them from acting in a manner they believe is just and warranted under the law.
